It’s time for another SAL update and happy to report I gifted that Christmas Kiwi stitch and it was very much loved! I will share a post on that FFO soon. For now, let’s see what progress I made on my full coverage Scarlet Quince piece.
Here’s where I was last time:
After 771 stitches, at 30.5% complete, this is where I’m at now. Lots of background fill in and a tiny bit added to the leaf.
We post an update on our own project every three weeks and encourage each other to make more progress and stay motivated. I’m looking forward to seeing how the rest of the SAL group has progressed with their projects this time around. Read along with me by clicking the blog links below:
Avis, Claire, Gun, Kathy, Margaret, Heidi, Jackie, Sunny, Megan, Deborah, Sharon, Daisy, AJ, Cathie, Linda, Helen, Connie, Cindy, and Mary Margaret
Yay! That percentage is growing! Keep it up.

I love all the greys in background of this piece – so soothing on the eye – but must be hell to stitch ^^

LOL yup that’s about right! The right side of this piece is much darker too. It will be quite the contrast!

Almost one third completed. You must have the patience of a saint but it’s going to be worth it.

Thanks! At least I have lots of other projects to satisfy that need to see more progress and completions!

Great progress. This is a long term project that is very pretty. There seems to be a lot of background to fill in.
