TBT – 16-Patch

Happy Thursday!

This week I created a 16-Patch block and I love it! It’s a little crazy with the prints, but the colors are just beautiful. Check out Penny Rose Fabrics 16-Patch tutorial, posted last week for Traditional Block Thursday.

I did not use the seam ripper this time! All corner seams matched up 😀 Thanks mom for the tip, using more pins even if you don’t think you need them, really helped those seams match up. I can hear her now, “Always listen to your mother!”

    • Hurray, happy to help! Thank you for your kind comment 🙂 I also try sewing as close to the pin too before removing it, even manually turn the knob to get a smidge closer, lol.

    • Thank you! I keep looking at this block and it really makes me smile 😀 Not sure what the final quilt will look like, but definitely interested in getting yardage of these two fabrics!
